Schmidt, through 5 innings pitched has given up 3 hits, 1 double, 0 runs with 0 of those earned, 1 walk, 7 Ks, 2 WP. He has thrown 91 total pitches, 57 of them strikes. 3.00 ERA for the season.

Really solid outing by Schmidt vs a P4 team. That level through 5 or 6 will make him an effective Sunday starter. Hope he can hold this form going forward.
