Well, fellas, not the way anyone wanted this season to end. Feel really bad for the guys who are done here, Millam, and Curiel in particular. See you baws in football season

I mean the season ended in a game that was a complete microcosm of the season.
Either the offense was good one day and pitching kept it in us the next. They were never able to put together complete team performances throughout the year.

Same here. They could have packed it in and gotten rolled yesterday or today. Instead, as flawed as this team is, we played about as well as possible, especially pitching. Just a few mistakes, but that’s all it takes vs a good team.

Yeah, Serna and Brown in this lineup with Milam, Braun, and Curiel hot would have been badass. Bide could have hit a mean 6th or 7th.

I will say not having to hold my breath when a ball was hit to SS has been very nice. Glad DC and Milam got one final AB there. Going to miss those 2

ETA: For two reasons. One, I do not think that many will transfer and the portal for baseball does not open for another 12 days.

Thanks JML for tonight and all season. Thread crew it's been a tough season but some of you guys had me laughing my arse off....many of you continued my education of the game of baseball.
