when a car stopped in front of her she not only wasn’t following at a safe distance her instinct was to swerve Into oncoming traffic it’s very safe to say she isn’t a good driver nor is she a defensive driver
What an even wilder quote
Like there is a playbook for a scenario that this maniac driver caused by speeding & passing multiple cars on a quiet 2 lane road with no shoulder

Just saw somewhere that Lacy’s insurance company investigated and paid Funyuns claim.
Bad look for vanilla sharpton if true.

I’ve already said his policy would be paying everyone

He didn't cause this wreck but at the speed he was driving and his wreckeness he was driving at he would have caused one sooner or later. Depending upon the investigation he could be a contributing factor

Not mentioned,
Kyren nearly hits someone else trying to evade the scene 8 seconds after the moment of crash. Complete a-hole.

there is literally a drivers manual that talks about defensive driving and following at a safe distance.
If she had been doing that she was have just stopped and avoided the gold truck and everyone would have gone home that day.
Instead she put herself in a position to either smoke the gold truck or drive into traffic.
The mistake was already made.
Also, Lester if you think the answer is pull into oncoming traffic again stop fricking driving.

I read somewhere that she sued him — or his insurance company.

What about the gold truck guy?
You said Lacy was already well back in the southbound lane, so why did he swerve off the road? That’s considered by law an illegal lane change. Why bail into a parking lot at nearly 30 MPH? That’s reckless driving. He could have kept going and none of this happens, right? Lacy was already back in his lane after all.
If everyone who violated the law in response to Lacy’s actions is culpable, why not him?

I’m still waiting for actual evidence of literally any kind that she was following too close.

Solid point but sometimes the result is the evidence necessary.

If she goes right, there is no headon collision. Or hell, just rear end the truck.
If she applies the brakes at all... she'll likely clips the gold truck as he is pulling to the right

I’m just pointing out that all the folks making the Funyuns argument are ignoring glaring, verifiable facts about Lacy while assuming things about Funyuns not rooted in evidence.

You are correct...it doesnt fit there KL was railroaded narrative.

Lacy had looong since returned to the southbound lane remember?
