I was wrong. He was driving like a crazy person considering there's a pretty good curve by the church just before where we first see him on the video. Speed limit i think is 35-45 mph and it changes to 55 just ahead of where the accident takes place. I grew up in chackbay and to see this is crazy. I know folks drive crazy, but to see it on that road is even more scary.

If she wasn't too close then she would have been even farther away from Lacy and could have and SHOULD have just stopped.

Alternatively she was following at a safe distance and didn’t react at all to the truck stopping. Also negligent driving.
