I’ve already said she was doing nothing different than the majority of posters in this thread do when driving.
Everyone in here, whether they admit it or not, has driven distracted. 99% do it daily.
She carries responsibility for the crash because of it, as any of us would. I’ve already said the vast majority of the blame falls on Lacy, but she gets her small share too.
Try to absolve her completely is no different than trying to absolve Lacy. They are both at fault.

Matt Ory and others have discussed this.
Kyren wanted his car keys that were being withheld from him. He had made up his mind to off himself. His aunt was with him, along with a cousin and brother. He shot the gun into the ground to make a point. You let me go or I do it here. The police were called for wellness. HPD attempted to make a traffic stop and he crashed his car (likely after shooting himself).
Don't make assumptions if you don't follow everything that's been put out there.

First the most obvious point, Lacy didn’t hit anyone and given the video, he was a gas station and a half away from hitting anyone.
He was far enough removed that he wasn’t even the first car that pulled up
to the accident after it happened.
Meanwhile Funyons swerved not to avoid Lacy but to avoid rear ending the Gold Truck who safely stopped.
I don’t think it was a near enough Miss with Lacy to justify the sudden emergency doctrine and even if you try and following too close isn’t a sudden emergency.
