I just can’t see that the gains are worth this shite. I get it’s” the principal of it “ but we’re too far down the road, it’s game week in 4 days. The ruling date was fuked up, it’s created more “ victims” ……Take what u got and kick some arse.

Tom Petty (RIP) won't back down, and neither should LSU!

Tony Clayton is, by far, the best trial lawyer in Louisiana and up there with Wendell Gautier as maybe the best ever.
He is an absolutely incredible trial lawyer.

I agree . If LSU gets their way in this , you think some questionable calls have gone against the tigers in the past , you ain’t seen nothing yet.

This is retarded let them go play at ULL or Tulane if we dont have a team that can win with how much was spent it is a pretty poor reflection on Lane and the 100 staff members.

Yeah the sec let pavia and Chambliss play with injunctions, they suddenly have an issue with these players.

Watching him conduct voir dire is a master class in jury selection.

LSU is about to get kicked out the SEC

You realize it’s not just LSU right? South Carolina and Texas both signed players from the draft. Texas A&M and Alabama also did with basketball players from the draft. I’m not sure why everyone is only talking about it as if LSU is the only SEC school that did this.

The hearing is in 4 days. The judge will either issue a preliminary injunction in the players' favor or none of this will matter.
If he does rule in their favor, he may very well clarify that the injunction extends to the conferences and insulate the universities, administrators, coaches, and staff from being penalized.
For LSU, it really does not change much in football. DaeQuan would be a nice addition, and the DT would be a good depth piece, but neither are people we were counting on.
