Glad I was your 175th downvote.

Burrow/Daniels leap in starting year 2
I expect good things but that running game, oof.

Is that what they’re teaching you in Ruston?

Or he is going to play like he plays, more likely he will have a small improvement win some games but also lose us some. It’s not very likely he will turn into burrow over the offseason or learn how to run a 4.3 either.

Nuss has to take the Burrow/Daniels leap in starting year 2 now if LSU is going to keep the QB pipeline going.
I do think he can
Why does losing Underwood have anything to do with nuss having to make a leap?

No, it doesn't. Nuss is Nuss and that's all he needs to worry about. Different guy at a different time. He needs to play HIS game and not worry about guys before him. He can leave his own mark, better or worse, and that's fine. He wants to be here, love's being a Tiger and has put in the work. No need to heap more unnecessary pressure or unreasonable expectations on him. Just be a fan and support him. History will take care of itself. The pressure you are speaking of rests squarely on the coaches who put this team together.

Sorry, but the pussies that claim "too much pressure" are just pussies. Pressure makes a man out of a boy.
BTW, an ugly piece of coal becomes a diamond after time under pressure.

Honestly it probably takes pressure off him. If Underwood were at LSU, there would be calls for him to play as soon as Nuss has his first turnover.
In reality, there is now more pressure on Underwood who will arrive at Michigan and be counted on to compete for the starting job immediately with the Fresno transfer. He could've come into LSU and learned for a year with spot playing and no pressure.

Underwood was number 2 this year regardless. So I don't see how losing him puts more pressure on Nuss.

Scratching head!
He took the leap in year one.
Imagine what his stats would have been with Thomas, Nabers, and Boutte.
Or how about Jefferson, Chase, Marshall, Moss and Palmer.

Did you talk to Nuss? He tell you that?
Exactly. Shut up.
