When they have a mediocre season they will blame Lane too. Then they will quickly try and get Chambliss another year like this....

Basket Weaving.
Ole Miss just copying LSU, which has been offering Basket Weaving for a long time. The only differences being that LSU teaches Kenyan Basket Weaving Techniques and Massa Wife has Ugandan Basket Weaving. Both great preparedness courses for life outside of football.

Sounds like they got into Pappy O'daniel's hooch collection early this morning!

Don’t blame him, the SEC coaches smell blood in the water. They all want Ole Miss back in their place - near the bottom of the league

Steve Sarkisian on Ole Miss’ transfer portal practices and academic standards:

“At Texas, we will only take 50% of a player’s academic credit hours. You may be a semester from graduating, but you’re going all the way back to 50% if you play here and want a degree. But at Ole Miss, they can take you. All you have to do is take basket weaving, and you can get an Ole Miss degree.”

If the clowns at OM and the OM fans would have acted like adults when CLK left and not blown up SM with stupid crap none of this would be happening. Run your mouth and others are going to bitch slap you.

Apparently Golding tried to use Sark's alcoholism to recruit Arch Manning to Ole Miss.

Over / Under on how many hours it takes Sark to apologize and claim his comments were taken out of context.

Many of these athletes are not the best students. Most universities have an easy major that a majority of athletes congregate around. Even the better academic schools will have something easy like General Studies, African American Studies, Sociology, etc. for the athletes. At LSU this major is Sports Administration. Probably half the the athletes major in it.
quote:

Physical Culture & Sports (PCS) / Sport Management (in the College of Education) is the most visibly clustered athlete-friendly major at UT Austin, particularly among football and certain other sport

Sports Administration vs Sports Management? Not that different as far as difficulty.

Golding was trying to recruit Arch to Bama, but other than that, it is accurate. Golding was talking to Arch on a Zoom call and I assume that Arch mentioned other schools that he was considering. When Texas and Sark came up, Golding reportedly told Arch and his High School coach who was also on the call "I hope he can stay sober".
