Not a joke but a funny, true story. Back when the Black Bears had their "game of the century" with Eli as their all world QB, the campus on fire all weekend long kind of atmosphere. the game ended with Eli being tripped by one of his own linemen. Son in attendance, called me a bit later, telling me "Dad, there are grown men sitting on the curbs, crying". Told him to walk up to a few and politely yell "Archie Who" as they were my generation's Black Bears...back then it was ok to call them Johnny Rebs. To this day son laughs at the reactions that produced. Remembering too the old Old Miss riots back in the days, when the large trash bins on rollers were set on fire & pushed down hills around the Indian Mounds.
