They should have. Maybe that would have kept Oklahoma out of the playoff in the future.

It would have been a library if it wasn’t for my group. We were about a 10 strong bachelor party and let everybody know when LSU made a play.

We had tickets to the Fiesta Bowl so we watched the Peach at the Dave and Busters right by the stadium.

And to think Jeaux broke that 5th CFP record (Total yds 515) in the very next game with 521...gonna miss that guy. Forever indebted to those who gave their lives for this great country. Talkin' to you Uncle James.

I have been to many games since the late 50’s, but this one may be most memorable.

We waited years to see a quality passing game. We’re gifted the greatest offense of all time. We’re breaking all sorts of records, putting on the greatest offensive performance I’ve ever seen, and you leave early.

We could have easily pushed 84 or more on them. We ran down the play clock the entire second half. I wish we would have pulled Joe after 56 but then just kept the throttle on them

The first half stats looked like a complete game. I sat in the stands trying to accept this was really happening. It was like a dream with each score. I ever leave a game early, but called it off at the half, deciding to beat the crowd and the rain. Watched the second half in the Hyatt lobby bar with a group of Clemson fans. They were still pretty confident when it was over :-)

I enjoyed the coaches box talk from this game in the “One Forthe Ages.”
Paraphrasing, “Make sure Moss lines out wide.” Boom, TD

Poor Jalen thought he was getting the same old LSU

Wanna bet?

2 weeks to watch film of the whole season, Bama game (probably watched it live and a few tapes) and the recent Georgia game, he knew it was way different

I was very surprised at how much bigger we were at every position than OU. Especially their DL and Secondary. They were tiny Impaired to Us. I just don’t think they would be much different than A&M in the SEC. possibly after 4-5 years they might have some good squads but never be a consistent challenger in the West.

Didn’t Burrow sit the entire 4th quarter. Can you imagine if he would have had 60 minutes worth of stats

I went down the YouTube rabbit hole of watching reaction videos to the Oklahoma and Clemson games. Always infuriates me when they didn’t know we put I n backups at the end for some reason but watching reactions from non-LSU fans was addictive.

On that miraculous scramble pass as Joe was going out of bounds the OK defender (34) nailed Joe, out of bounds it looked like. No call. Should have been but refs probably said, "what the hell just happened? Is this Burrow kid a magician or what?"

Only a LSU fan would complain about a non call in a game we could have won by 60. Sad indeed.

Was at that game. Their fans were salty before the game. I had a blast. I tried to tell them...this wasn't K-State and this wasn't Baylor. Every score, I would shrug and say..."big boy football." They were like whipped pups!

This can’t be true, if so you’re an embarrassment as a fan
