I hope they don’t fire him without the right guy lined up to replace him . . .

---------------------------------------------------------

Sometimes, when your leader is a cancer, you simply need to cut it out to survive and then looking at the replacement.

That said, Woodward is most certainly already making calls to agents of the would-be replacement.

This year? Probably 7.

5 or 6 makes his seat very, very warm for next season.

Don’t worry about losses. Woodward can’t stand Orgeron. He’ll be gone at 8-4.

Why not? We fired Miles for constant 8-4-ish seasons. Combine that with the off-field stuff and Woodward wanting to make his own signature hire and this is a no-brainer.

Fwiw Jordy, Rabalais, and others have said before that a record worse than 9-3 will get him fired.

8-4 and you are going to see a full court propaganda press by Ponamskg and his media lackies to keep him around

No doubt.

Fortunately this is Scott Woodward and not Joe Alleva.

SW is immune from the bullshite propaganda spouted by PonamskREE and the other radio jockeys.

If he loses to Kentucky next week I think that's for sure it. Not middle of season fired but I think that will seal his fate. To keep his job he would have to win every game except Bama.

here is the problem with Arky, we play them after we get skulled by Bama and we may be on a three or possibly as many as five game losng streak

the locker room will be lost in that case and Arky is very physical

In true confusing SEC fashion, I think we beat Kentucky next week. They're coming off a huge win and looking past us. Then the 'fire O' train will be all 'well what do we do now?'

Kentucky
Florida
Ole Miss
Arkansas
Alabama
ULM
Texas A&M

He’d have to win 4 out of this seven to only have 5 losses. ULM is for sure. Where are the other three?

He is already gone. He will easily have 6 losses, but that is irrelevant.
