I think we know how the Judge is ruling
Now its just about how far he goes

It doesn’t matter if they’re the GOATs of their position it matters what is right.

Judge interrupted again saying that when he was a freshman he took a seniors spot and that putting seniors on a team doesn't mean that they will automatically take someone's spot.
Why is the judge making comments like this? It's this type of shite that makes LSU/LA easy to ridicule... just listen to his closing statement and make the ruling.

Exhausting their eligibility with old manual would mean the entire 2022 class without a redshirt is done then correct? Not just nfl guys.

Which other school has signed a player who executed a contract with an NFL team?
Which kid was signed to a final roster on the NFL?
SEC set the arbitrary cut off
And again, if they didn't dilly dally about the 5 for 5, these student athletes would not have gone to camp
Also, Kentucky, texas, South Carolina, Mizzou all per stanky have made moves that "show intent to leave college athletics" which why wouldn't rookie mini camps fall in that?

Ncaa says there are courts who have ruled in their favor and this judge should too.
Says you can't just go to the court's to change rules of a private institution just because you don't like them.

Judge's are allowed to speak and make counter-arguments to things he is hearing. This isn't the movies where the only people talking are the attorneys

We are going to be ridiculed regardless. I fought it for a while. But now I am leaning into the hate.

That’s not what the distinction says. Now you’re acting like Sankey

I’m completely fine with that

I mean, I kind of agree, but I've seen multiple times in civil proceedings where the judge will make comments in the proceedings, it's not like it's a criminal trial where he could potentially be influencing a jury. Not sure if it's technically wrong, but it's certainly a different scenario than that

Cauble said he would update during breaks. He did not.
What was the outcome, who won?

According to who? Do they know this for sure or are they assuming?

You wasting your time with that dumbass poster. He has made up his mind, and has no idea how ignorant he sounds on here.

HEY, JACKASS. THAT'S THE POINT. IT'S A DUMB DISTINCTION.

You’re a dumbass. He was simply giving an example of how the rule would apply. He has that discretion
