That lawsuit was nothing more than a last ditch effort to try and get LSU to back down.

Luckily, LSU’s attorneys are free and clear to go through it with a fine tooth comb and see that it’s utter bullshite that will get tossed. They aren’t too busy today.

ETA: They went for max shock value filing it while this hearing was going on. That tells you all you need to know.
