You're correct in that you're not hearing anything as they've wailed over. They try to say he added some syllables to "family" to give it that "southern" flair, but that's not how it works.....southerners subtract syllables, not add. "Orleans" being a notable exception, depending on where yat.

I think it’s time to send ESPN, CBSSports, FS 1, Bob Bowlsby of the Big 12 (soon to be Little 8) and the Norte Dame “holier than thou” Board of Supervisors a case of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. I haven’t seen this many butt hurt whiners since I worked at Lakeside Hospital (baby factory) in Metairie during the late 70s. Norte Dame needs to man up and take some responsibility for their inability to adapt to new recruiting rules including the portal. Their inflexibility is one of the reasons Coach Kelly began to look elsewhere. Now they are crying foul on the winningest coach in Norte Dame history. It’s just a new job with better pay and a program with a higher ceiling. It may not be heaven like the Golden Dome but it’s the next best thing. Get over it. Geaux Tigers
