Is there a chance of seeing both Jordan and Russell in the backfield, side-by-side, at the same time? Adds an interesting wrinkle I think. Both can pass, both can take off, both can read the defense together.

Changed the names of the QB's because I was having flashbacks to the super secret playbook threads from 17 years ago

Since we're just making up dumb shite, let's do a double reverse Clark to Longstreet, pitch back to Leavitt and throw it to Martin, who does a hook and lateral to deuce Geralds for a 99 yard TD

This could actually be practical in the RZ.

We already direct snap to Jones quite a bit, so 2QBs not knowing which way the snap goes could be an interesting gadget formation to keep a defense on its heels.

That said we haven’t been bad in RZ or anything.

Love the idea and along with Deuce and Jones......that would be a confusing set up. Red zone specials with max options

Or…..and hear me out. Or….. we can just let the best offensive coaches in the country decide the plays?

Obviously. OP is asking if we think that could include both QBs on the field at once. Obvious question is obvious, but you chose to be a smart arse while not answering or contributing.

Oh, don’t be a whiny baby. It’s a half joke for one. For two, if something has a good chance to be successful, I can promise you they would've thought of it. And maybe they have. I would think they would’ve tried it against Ole Miss though, tbh. I can promise you there’s a good reason why it hasn’t been tried yet.

The answer is there

Utah did it against Arkansas, that’s about as high of level of talent that it would work against consistently lol

Exactly. And it works because your second QB is a better athlete than whomever you took off the field. That doesn’t work when you’re taking Dillin Jones or one of our WRs off the field.
