Says good things tend to happen when Finebaum starts talking down on you
Really is scary how much like Saban Lane has become. Mannerisms, terminology, discipline.

I think that Lane and Paul have a Batman and Joker type of relationship.
Each needs the other to be the villain in their story.

You gotta believe Saban is somewhat living vicariously through Kiffin… to a degree it’s his chance to be a part of LSU again, though behind the scenes.

Saban’s rat poison comment originally referred to compliments rather than insults. He thought that too many compliments would make his players complacent.

He also took the high road and said he likes Finebaum and understands he’s just playing to his shtick. I’m sure he’s being diplomatic
