No, I would rather him finish the season, which is the agreement he made when he accepted a scholarship this season.

The way that some of you devalue an LSU scholarship is disgusting. I guarantee you that there are some walk-ons who's parents have been working a second job to pay their son's tuition so that he could play on the team.

Go the Bama board if you don't actually care about LSU.
He was going to bust his arse risking serious injury in practice without even seeing the field. No hope for the future to see the field. It's just tough to ask a guy to do that. Most transfer. He's out of eligibility, so now he can get a job and make money for himself. I just don't understand why we can't wish him well. It's insane to me. You want to ask him to work for free and get no playing time when he's finished with his education.

Yet again no accountability when the shoe is on the other foot. We tell a hand full of seniors every year to kick rocks because we want to sign 30 guys in the class

And that walk on should have the same right to walk away at any moment he chooses if he doesn’t want to play anymore all the same

Ahh yes to care about LSU you need to tear down kids for making the best decision for their health and career.

The real TAF dues are the wishes of ill will you send off to players who leave the program or kids who don’t pick LSU on signing day. That’s where the real value comes from a fan.

What is a scholarship for someone who already graduated? It is just room and board?

Who gives a frick what YOU want?? It’s not your life. The kid stuck it out here and got a degree from LSU, that’s more than enough IMO.

You seem entitled

The source said that Fournette, "just wants to move on with his life."

It's really strange timing though to do it in the middle of the season where LSU is undefeated and in the top 5. I would just wait another 3 months. And he did get some playing time. I wish him the best though.

This guy put in 4 years of hard work. Hate to see him leave but good luck to him.

There are not a lot of carries in this offense and seems like he was not happy with his workload. Also wonder if he had been told one or both of the younger guys might be getting some of his carries and just decided to bolt.

Probably headed to Jax to watch his bro play and I am sure he will try to make a run at getting a UDFA opportunity.

Best of luck to a young man who invested most of himself.

No issues with this at all......it’s a hard row.

Not net it's not! Deduct the amount he currently receives in rent, food, utilities, entertainment, and clothing from that enterprise check and see where you are!

Why don't you do the math smart guy. And how much of that does he get to spend on what he wants to? Where he wants to?

Probably over the grind it takes to get to Saturday only to be rewarded with special teams duty and maybe 2-3 touches. He was useful those first couple games especially at Texas where it was clear that the coaches trusted him and Clyde the most. Hope he enjoys what the future brings.

It's no use. The guy is all butthurt because our 5th string running back just retired. Let him whimper and rend his garments and knash his teeth.

Meanwhile, I look forward to the viral video of some walk-on getting awarded Lanard's scholly at football OPs position meeting soon. LOL
