I was one of those guys “in blue” during my day. Nobody is perfect. These aren’t MLB umps and they get crapped on all the time.
Try doing that job PART TIME like a lot of us after our full time job.

Don’t get me wrong. I love it and the game should be played that way. I just get worried as he approaches the wall and dugout steps going 100 mph.
