Passing on 20 was likely second nature to KL.
It says something about you and the driver that you think bc he did it all the time (where it’s illegal to do so) he’s less culpable bc he was “probably paying attention.” That’s not how it works, you have a responsibility to allow all vehicles on a roadway a safe right of way as long as they are in the proper lane. Which KL was not and he put the people in the other lane and that he was passing in harms way. Surely you can’t be this dense.

Wasn’t it said Kyren was going to football practice? If BK wasn’t such a stickler for being on time, this doesn’t happen. Can’t we all come to agreement this is BK’s fault?

The point he’s trying to make is even at that point, where he intimidated and coached the witness, the trooper had no idea who was behind the wheel. They discovered that upon further investigation in the 5 days after the accident. Which begs the question if it was a vendetta like the media is making it out to be, or if he was just protecting the funyun lady from catching charges by laying blame on a car that all the witnesses said was involved in one way or another.

Again this surprises me .. I think I watch too much law and order and just thought they could find you quicker than that. And I’m assuming the car/plate was registered to Lacy.
Does it generally take that long between identifying the car/plate and identifying the driver?
not that it’s important. I’m just curious.

What witness did he coach? As soon as he gets on the scene, four witnesses are telling him a green charger was the cause of the accident. The truck driver had the best view of the entire thing being elevated and said he caused the whole thing.
The Trooper wrote a ticket for Folliwing to close to the woman. Some of you look like idiots for believing everything that attorney said. Now you have egg on your face.

You can identify a car, but not know who was actually driving the car.
So it took days to find the car and more time to ID the driver.
The DA decides who to prosecute and what cases to pursue. Not the cops.

I guess you have video proof of this.
Lacy caused the wreck. You have to be a retard to see it any other way
