Throwing hard balls is not effective. Also, Rizy and Sheerin are probably the most similar pitchers we have on staff. How do you put them in back to back?

Hindsight 20/20 but I would have given Williams one batter until he failed. Rizy hasn't been able to throw strikes all season.
