Small HS dominance seldom translates to SEC level.. especially for O-Line. He is a very top heavy player... carries all (and too much) weight high and is just easy to beat in pass blocking scenarios. He just can't move like an SEC caliber guard needs to be able to move.

This makes sense. Good luck to him wherever he goes.

He got a degree. Good for him.

Hope he finds a little football success in the world before he has to get a new job.

Wish him the best of luck, but this was the case of analysts just whiffing. It happens. You can overpower your opponents at his size in 2A, but he got to campus and never improved. The lack of transformation in his body type was telling.

Got a natty ring and a free degree out of the deal. Better than most of us. Wish him all the best moving forward

I know he had no chance of starting

I don't think he had a chance of being 2nd string either. We had two freshman starting OL this season and he still couldn't break into the 2 deep.

But he was dominating in both LSU camps and Under Armor camps. He was pancaking defenders everywhere. There were reports how elite he looked in initial practices and O was raving about him. Classic case of a nagging injury ruining a career. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.

A huge issue was always his diet.

He was such a dominant highschool player, I just don't understand why he didn't do the same at LSU. Does anyone or can anyone say why?? Why didn't this kid have a solid career at LSU?
He played at Single A Southern Lab.

He just dominated physically and ran roughshod over the weak competition in that district.

LSU/SEC was just too much of a jump both mentally and physically.

Poor physical conditioning and Injury didn't help either. (His legs looked like skinny basketball player legs)

KT was just in way over his head at this level of competition.........

Now if you want to talk about a player that didn't want to compete....he is the poster boy. No loss at all from what I've seen from him.

Southern he he comes! Never thought he would stay this long. It was clear he was never going to play here 3 years ago.

He was no doubt one of the best recruiters of that class, always propping up LSU to other recruits on visits and anywhere else he could so I certainly wish him the best.

Between him and Sopsher, can’t remember two big time recruits that just totally fell flat at the next level.
