I know Lacy is an adult (24 yrs old?) and should know better.
But you have to wonder what kind of environment he was raised in (parents, family and friend) who never instilled the sense of human decency in him to stop and try to help those innocent people who were victimized by his unlawful behavior.
And, even now, are those folks trying to help him understand his accountability?
