If we had any pitching past our top 3-4ish arms I'd agree but I don't know how we win game 3 or anything past that we haven't done it all year.

I don’t think that’s really gonna be the case. IF LSU gets into a regional, I think the other teams will be glad to be catching them this season. I think some other teams will be happy to see LSU in their regional.
Between the pitching, the unfortunate plays in the field, and the inability to score baserunners, I just can’t see a run happening.
And I hate to have to say that. Hope I’m wrong!

I would feel confident in beating the piss out of LSU if they were in my regional. They can't win a game 3 or come out of a losers bracket.

I agree with this. Team is battle tested.
So many close losses where 1 or 2 plays inexplicably don't go our way. The worm will eventually turn and I wouldn't want to be in the other dugout when it does

Bama is a good hitting team. Our G3 arms held them to 4 runs. That'll work.
But if it goes to a 4th game or more, then we can imagine the devastation.

Depends on if Jay pitches in reverse. If you can’t come out of the losers bracket and you can’t win game 3 or 4 with Sundays pitching, pitch herring , Holman, jump.

Pardon me counselor, but I don't think I'd call anyone "baseball illiterate" and then make a statement that LSU would be "the most talented 4 seed in the tourney". LSU would at worst be a 3 seed. 4 seeds are generally reserved for small conf. AQ teams. Even 2022 Ole Miss, who was literally the last at large team to make the field, was a 3 seed.
