Went up 3 times with probably a 6'7" arm span. It's impressive.

Not going to win strong man competitions, but it's impressive. He's pretty shredded for a big man.

Eric Andolsek had a legit 525 bench (no shirts, no spotters grabbing the bar, full ROM, etc.), 455 power clean, 750 squat. He was one strong sob. RIP.

Who gives a frick what JS or any other OL can lift?

I want FIVE OL's that can synch up and blend together, make all the proper reads and correctly play their assignments. (It's something that's been absent under Sylvester Davis as OL Coach)

Will the 5 STARTING OL's be able to fricking RUN BLOCK this season?

"Hopin and Prayin and Wishin" that Wolford & Cregg have all the Offensive Line "Dysfunction Demons" totally Exorcised!

The weight rooms energy seems great right now. Nothing lacking. I am really really excited to see what Savage can do here.

Did Flint ever get another job?

we have tards here who think that is what he should be lifting because "his size".

shows they do not know jack shite about weightlifting and the training it takes regardless of size to get to that point.

405? 3 times? with those long arms? helluva feat.

My god everyone talking about 405’like it’s 225 , I’m 6.5 235 & 405 was my peak 3. Years ago before my shoulders shot & was very hard to push , that man did that very easy

Yep. He's gonna get to the combine next year and rip off 35+ reps of 225 like it's nothing.
