In SEC play, that’s as good as most LSU rbs over our history. Really impressive rb.

Yet only 19 carries today and it almost cost us the game.

Denbrock, you freaking genius, you.

Did an Arky defender intentionally land on him after he was down late in the game? He limped off the field and Cain came in. Didn't catch if the defender was forced. White kid with long hair. I couldn't get a clip.

Had we given him the ball 10 more times or just run with anyone at all early on this game would not have been close.

Thats only 14 carries average per game during that span. That type of production should get rewarded with an increase in carries around the 20 to 25 range.

No diss on emery but I feel better with Williams in the back field. Ball security and his power running are elite.

Williams plays his heart out. He has all the intangibles, and massive leg power. What you can’t teach is heart.

Did anyone hear about his injury? Also Emery's.

We're going to need both for GA.

“Throw your heart over that line and your body will follow”

-Clyde Edwards-Helaire

Sums up Williams pretty good. His legs never stop churning. He has a real shot at being an NFL RB.

For long stretches, Darrius Guice and Dalton Hilliard were the best RBs I have seen in 40 years of watching LSU football.

While not on their level in terms of raw talent, he resembles each of them at times. He fights thru contact like Guice and his balance after contact is similar to that of Hilliard. For a walk-on, that is shocking.
