I pick LSU to go 10-2 but to be honest, I had them 10-2 last year. But to be fair, I didn't realize 2 things...1) I never thought Sloan was a great OC or Davis a good OL coach, but both were dismal 2) I also didn't realize Brian Kelly was just going to mail it in as a head coach.. This year the coaching improvement is off the charts with Kiffin and Weiss with Blake Baker the solid DC back with much better talent to utilize.

Pate been saying LSU's Big 3 freshman DL are going to tear it up this year based on what he's been hearing. He said people going be shocked how good that DL is because of those 3 guys who all 3 are pushing proven guys for starting jobs. He basically said to Clemson good luck week 1.

Yeah I crushed him last year when he predicted lsu to go 8-4 but he was right that it would be a disappointing year.
