TBH, I think Wade's done at LSU. I'm most concerned with what sanctions the NCAA levies on LSU. Wade's criminal involvement isn't so much a concern to me.

Attorneys representing the two remaining defendants in a federal criminal trial involving college basketball corruption have notified representatives of Arizona's Sean Miller and LSU's Will Wade that the coaches will be subpoenaed to testify at the April trial in New York, sources told ESPN on Monday.

Found the same thing, but as I stated, it's the NCAA freight train that's assuredly coming that most concerns me.

Holy shite how did he not know that. Posts all over this thread without the most basic knowledge.

Yeah. The guy who said that most of the talking goes on outside of the meeting has a valid point. I’ve sat in plenty. And those conversations take place literally on the other side of a closed door. Right outside the meeting.

. But asking for presented questions is not a good thing for anyone that wants Wade to coach again.
It’s very reasonable in this case. He was told not to answer specific questions. It’s just shows how fricking stupid the shitclowns running LSU are. God damn this school has become a piece of shite trash hole since I graduated.

I call bullshite.
Nothing about the FBI prohibits Wade from speaking to his bosses. The FBI doesn’t care about Wade. If they do then it’s more serious than an NCAA violation.

An unfortunate yet undeniable truth

LSU should respect his fbi issue and let it unfold.
The ncaa isn’t pursuing anything.
This is absurd they can’t just be patient and let it play out before rushing to judgement.
Please correct me if I am wrong
Wade is a witness in a trial
Wade is not currently under investigation by the FBI
Wade is not currently on trial
Wade is not currently under investigation by the NCAA
If this is correct the fact that LSU acted as rashly as they did was for a reason
There is no way in hell Wade gets his job back after this, that would be admitting publicly that Alleva, F King & the BOS were all wrong
Whether it’s politics or improvement of facilities & money or if they already have proof Wade did wrong IDK but whatever it is there is something bigger going on
This was not done in the best interest of LSU Basketball

I’m going to need an elaborate hypothetical on this one, please.

But what is that reason?
If they know something, would't they fire him?
If they know something and don't fire him, won't the NCAA penalties be stiffer?
Could it be their rash reaction was out of panic to the media hysteria?
It is all interesting and who knows the answers...

Why so rash? It’s an interesting question.
Maybe there is something bigger out there. Out on the horizon. Looming. Maybe this is the end.

One thing people in La can control is who to vote for in the Governor's election in the Fall. JBE has to go. Its the old Edwin days of using LSU Board positions for political pawns.

He should know that Wade is limited in what he can discuss about the situation.
This is what gets me too. According to his bio he is in the "top 1% of lawyers in the country"... if that's true then he knows exactly what is going on with regards to the legal aspect of meeting with Wade. CWW offered to show up with his representatives and answer what he could answer.. and they still didn't go for that. fricking bullshite.

but Will Wade cannot answer questions because of the FBI.
This sounds like Wade is under a gag order by the FBI. If that is the case, this ain't what people are thinking. Not even close. Apparently, whomever leaked the wiretap info is not under a gag order. This is not what people are thinking. Something very pertinent has not been brought to the public eye or the media.
