What specifically does the “Morals Clause” in O’s contract say? Is a violation of “morals” defined in the contract?

Dreaming? ??

You’re the one saying he’ll get 100% of his buyout! That’s dreaming.

When he’s removed, it won’t be solely on losing.

I have said more than likely or implied more than likely. I would assume the contract is completed just like contracts are completed every day. Of course, there are disagreements, and breaches.

You guys are insane, they lost, its not a big deal... the world isn't going to end. Projecting all this crazy shite like breaches and cause really don't serve much of a purpose.

I don't think Jordy was that big of a Coach O fan as many were lead to believe and was more trying to hustle the current regime for acces

Jordy has admitted that his initial support of Orgeron was due to his lack of trust of Alleva. He thought that Orgeron + Aranda & Kiffin was better than any other alternative Alleva could have hired.

That is what he says now but that is not what he was saying on the radio back then. He was campaigning hard. Also, after 2019, he and Small Bob were taking victory laps. No mention of this lack of trust Alleva proviso. That only came when O went full Ole Miss.

For instance, in one segment he said essentially, I don't know what Alleva is doing. You've got your guy on staff right now. The team buys in, he's transparent, and he's doing the right things.

That “Morals Clause” is very subjective. It certainly is not clear as to what specific behavior would be considered a violation. What I may consider “immoral”, another person may think is not immoral. I have to think it would be extremely difficult to prove in a court of law that he violated this clause. I’m not defending O here. I think he should be fired but finding “cause” to fire him is going to be difficult.

It’s obviously death kneel, like when you kneel over your slain opponents in Tony Blackhawks Modern Warfare.

this is how i know you never played competitive sports.

Of course the world isnt going to end, but you could say that about ALMOST ANYTHING. That’s a terrible justification for ignoring the massive problems with the LSU football program.

For those of us who like competitive sports, losing in such a horrible fashion is indeed important.
