Is this why his playcalling was so predictable? Is this why, down 21-18 and then 28-18, we completely abandoned running the football and diverted our scheme solely to 2- and 3-yard outs and screens?
The commentators on Saturday highlighted a few times where TAMU smothered plays because it was so obvious what was coming.
Sloan was hot trash. Even Kelly was yelling at him to stop running stupid arse shite.

You don't have to work miracles to prevent regression and be average with above average talent. You have to be competent and there's a reason he will not be an OC anywhere in 2026. He was above his head.

meh, his scheme was absolute dog shite. A lot of the line issues can be fixed by allowing the line block downhill and not RPOs with a QB that can't run
shite just getting cute in the redzone instead of fades to green were fireable enough
