Not really...much better thrower but very few in CFB have been the freak athlete Tebow was at QB.

Different styles but Cam, Vick, Tebow types are in a class of their own athletically which let them get by not being great passers.

Love Joe though!

Nooooo....Joe is best suited as a pocket passer. Pretty good arm and accurate on short to intermediate routes.

He is not the powerhouse runner that Tebow was and he is a better passer than Tebow. Tebow and Mullen lived in the spread whereas that is very limited in this offense. I don't see the comparison at all other than Joe doesn't slide when he does run.
