The players he won the title with was from a previous coaching staff with the exception of Skenes

Tommy Whiite and Riley Cooper and Ack - 3 guys who did just as much in Omaha as Skenes for us to win were PM recruits?
Gavin Guidry also?

they still have more championships combined in the 4 major sports(MBB, WBB, Baseball, Football), than LSU.

Zero in Mbb, baseball, and 1 football natty in the last 50 years. What a loser program, imagine bragging about a wbb that last won in 2008. What a sad sad fanbase.

Guys like Jones, Neil and Kling were Overrated because they were big and physical and dominate in high school. Even though Jones has improved a little, he like the others are overpowered with a good SEC pitcher. These guys can’t even hit fastballs let along the curves at this level. Torn the off-season CJJ better look like getting someone who knows how to find players who can be competitive in the SEC or he won’t be around. He must be embarrassed to even show his face after this massive debacle.

Neal may have been a very highly ranked catching prospect but I certainly don't view him as big nor physical, and his hitting had a huge drop off in SEC play. Being he missed a ton of games last year due to injury with a very long rehab he is more like playing as a freshman this season yet I expected more from his bat than he has shone this season.

There’s not a replacement close enough to make up for him.

First, every coach misses on a player or 2. Second, unless he is hitting .750 and every hit he has his a HR, he is not making up for the scoring off his mistakes. It's bad when the announcers from an opposing team say "they have to do something about Braswell's fielding".

No one is happy with his defense but offensively, next to White he’s our best hitter for average in league play.

He wasn’t good at SC.
That's why the SC Coach let him walk. (Corbin with Little as well)

Here comes LSU running to pick up the SEC Trash.

Braswell helped satisfy the WULSU (Woke University of LSU) "Minority" quota and all that "Diversity" BS........

Coaches have no say if players leave or not.

That is what we call Fox News aka fake news

If he started looking at the damn rankings and was not doing talent eval then yes he has missed. You will always be able to recruit the top of the ranking at LSU baseball period.
I think we have great players. We need better arms though period.
Then they need to just do what they can with that talent when it is here. Simple as that. He would tell you this himself.
