I try to be objective when looking at games, bordering on the cusp of pessimistic. That said, it was clear LSU completely dominated this game. In fact, I was sick that LSU was only up 16-0 at half due to the redzone failures. It should have at least been 23-0.
UGA punted 6 times to LSU's 4. 9 of UGA's 13 possessions ended with either a punt or turnover. Conversely, 8 of LSU's 12 possessions (not counting the kneel downs at the end of both halves) ended with points.
The 20 point margin of victory was CLOSER than what the game indicated it should have been.

Totally agree, how anyone could say LSU was lucky is beyond me. Maybe from a delusional UGA fan, but to hear that shite from local Tiger Radio? Infuriating.

A Lafayette media outlet throwing shade at LSU after one of the biggest wins for the program in 7 years?
Wow I’m shocked! Surprised it didn’t go along the lines of “yeah LSU beat an overrated Georgia team but they’ll get killed by bama again just like they always do”

I read a GA article that said this as well. If LSU had converted some of those FGs into TDs the game would have been over at half-time.

Overall Laffy is very pro LSU. The ULL fans with an inferiority complex represent probably 25% of the fanbase.
At least half of UL fans are also LSU fans. This coming from a UL grad.
In Lafayette there at least as many LSU fans as ULL. And around Lafayette the numbers are much more majority LSU.
Side note, the whole push to being called "Louisiana" is really dumb to a majority of Alumni. I will never say I graduated from "Louisiana".

Bull fricking shite.
Maybe a quarter. Not half. LSU sports are almost non existent around Lafayette. The morning of a big game you go to grocery stores and you’ll be the only person in purple. I’d say a majority of people around Lafayette aren’t big sports people to begin with. It’s just not a big sports town.

Bounds has been moving the goalpost. He thought O would be fired 3 games into the season and he definitely did not have us even staying on the field with UGA.

He won’t talk trash using MSU now he knows how LSU has looked vs. how the bulldogs have looked.

That’s why I want this MSU game bad. He’s not even objective.
I have a buddy who is a cool MSU fan tell me “aw man the LSU radio personalities probably blast MSU” I told my buddy guys like Hanny and Ott preview games but they don’t care about schools like MSU. They discuss the LSU team. He doesn’t get Bounds just goes above and beyond with LSU to insult them.

I honestly felt like it was the exact opposite the week before in the Swamp. Everything that could have gone right for Florida’s, did. Whether it be ill-timed penalties, ball bouncing differently, getting calls- it’s a competition- these things happen sometimes.
I hope every “break” goes our way against Bama too.

I don't think Georgia played their best, but let's be honest, LSU could have very easily hung 50 on UGA Saturday.

Ben Love is really the only analyst on 103.7 worth a shite. Jordy's on there too. He's alright. I liked him better as a TV personality.
