This cat had the gall to say that LSU was lucky on Saturday, said that everything was going the Tigers' way that day and that if they played again on another day, Georgia would likely win.

Listen, you need to just enjoy the win. If you go back and watch the game again, UGA dropped A LOT of passes, and had some just out of reach that could have easily been big gains, big conversions or a TD. That could swing the game in a different way. Fact is, LSU fans were bitching about the same things from the Florida game. LSU should have won, blah blah blah, catch here, miss there......

Lucky or not, LSU won. They had a lot to do with Georgia's issues saturday. But don't get butt hurt over people pointing out the obvious. Would UGA have played like this in a neutral site game? At Home? who knows. Fact is they lost, LSU won. Be happy with that.

Anyone else hear the rumor 103-7 The Game is moving to 93.7 to get a serviceable signal into Baton Rouge?

I wish Jordy and co would get off their arse and get a serviceable signal for 104.5 to Lafayette. It's an embarrassment that I can't catch them on the radio. They are owned by the same media group that has 98.1, why can't they just get the same strength signal?

This is simply not true. They have called out ULL at every chance they've gotten to the point that ULL's athletic department even had one of the show hosts suspended for a time. They aren't anti-LSU and pro-ULL....now they do report on and talk about both schools but why would they not?

I don't know where you live, or if you even listen to 103.7. It's pretty obvious you don't. They are about as anti LSU as 104.5 in BR. They are the only lafayette station that air's live LSU sporting events, and has at least 2 shows I know of that talk LSU sports more than ULL.

Now if you want to say that the ESPN 1420 are anti LSU, you'd have more of an argument there.

Meh I'd rather not. It's pretty refreshing to not have to listen to Jordy, T-Bob, Ott, and Moscona daily anymore now that I don't drive to BR daily.

Also, given the fact that ESPN completely screwed their national shows....yea I'll pass. Although I'd probably tune in to Hester's show.

I guess it was luck that Georgia had an atrocious gameplan.

I would venture to say that Lafayette is 50/50 UL & LSU. Maybe even 60/40 LSU. You can easily tell who hates LSU around Lafayette. They have RCAF stickers on one side of their back window, and an Alabama sticker on the other side. Probably a crimson A front license plate, and a ULL rear license plate cover. Those people can get fricked.

I also think a majority of the people who identify as ULL fans aren’t really fans they just want to support the local team and they hate how so many from the area go to LSU.

We didn't lose by twenty and the game went down to late in the 4th.

Quit playing devil's advocate and tell the truth. We whipped UGA bad and luck wasn't really involved. If it was, maybe it's worse for them.

A Lafayette media outlet throwing shade at LSU after one of the biggest wins for the program in 7 years?

FAIL ... you obviously don’t know shite. Had you done your research you would have learned Palermo is based out of BR and is a Producer, Fill-in Broadcaster, LSU Sports Radio Network – 2000-present. The Lafayette media outlet 103.7 was not throwing shade at LSU, rather it was someone who resides in Red Stick and works for the LSU SRN. Palermo was asked to be a guest and share his opinion with the listening audience.

Even though 103.7’s physical address is in Carencro/Lafayette, the majority of their sports talk programming and callers are focused on LSU sports, not ULL. Additionally, Jyoung is 100% spot-on regarding the number of people who live in Lafayette and support LSU athletics.

Agreed, I love 103.7 They cover ULL and LSU equally. A few of the guys you can tell are more ULL fans but they do a good job of making sure both programs are well covered. They cover LSU, ULL, the Saints, and the Astros. Just like a louisiana sports radio station should. Their coverage of high school football is awesome as well.

There are a few times they say things to give ULL props that I just laugh off. For instance during the weekend recap this morning, they referred to ULL as "The Louisiana Football team" I just laugh because its stupid and done only to appease the asshat big brother syndrome sufferers.

First of all, I never said LSU was lucky. I actually said, a lot of UGA's issues were created by LSU. BUT, there were several plays, passing plays in particular. That if they were completed, could have made the game, the first half in particular a lot different. Would it have allowed UGA to win, who knows. The fact is, they didn't. LSU won, because they flapped their nut sacks all over UGA's faces defensively. LSU won, I'm glad, we are all glad.

Oh and just to address this....

LSU mind as well been down 20. They weren't going to score, they couldn't move the ball. Zero threat to score during the second half of that game. So yes, in essence they were down 20.
