He is massively inaccurate, they skewed Boutte for missing a ball that gets caught 3 out of 10. BK correctly skewered the poor performer. A seven yard pass which was two yards off target and late. We cannot sustain drives if we cannot run plays.

But...but he is LSU's best chance to win. Actually that may be, but if so...geezus what a crap QB room.

I knew at this point why would we not give nuss or Howard a shot. It can’t be worse

He has been showing what he doesn't have for years now. He doesn't have a brain, accuracy, or the ability to be a decent QB. Team is bad, QB is atrocious, and the coaches have been abysmal as well. Long season

If it was so close of a competition then give Nuss a chance. I see frustration all over the faces of our offense. JD can’t read defense to me, to quick to run, and is very inaccurate. Sometimes a new man gives and extra drive to players, this is looking so much like the Jordan Jefferson / Jarrett Lee days!!

I thought we had one of the best QB rooms in the country coming into the season.

His only asset is his running ability. Yet the play calling is more suited for Myles Brennan.

Until proven otherwise, he's the best we got. Nuss hasn't shown me much in live action. Howard will be redshirted, and will be a lot better off for it.

I wonder why Nuss got no reps last night. I imagine he will leave if he gets no playing time this year. So be it. Everyone thought he was the shiznit when he was recruited here. How quickly things sour.

because kelly knows he fricked up bad. he best check his les miles ego at the door or this shite will turn on him fast.

he messed up losing brennan and now he knows JD is terrible but sticks with him. spurrier laughs at this bS charade.

play the guys who will be part of the future here. that is not JD. we are not winning jack shite this year anywho. if nuss leaves he has to go out and get a good transfer to put behind howard. what a shitshow

I have accepted it, dealt with it, made peace with it. JD is apparently a good guy, his demeanor leads me to think that, he tries to listen to the coaches, I'm certain that he is doing his very best, and (this was the hardest part to accept) the coaches feel like he is the best option. But he is no SEC quarterback.

I do feel it is time to take a hard look at Nuss. Give him half the QB1 reps during the week, and put him in there at some point. It will be painful. But we all knew that there would be bumps in the road this season anyway. I do feel like Nuss has a higher ceiling than JD if he gets the opportunity to work the kinks out.

It can be, though. When everyone thought it couldn't be worse than Jordan Jefferson, Jarrett Lee came in and started throwing out pick-6s like cheap Halloween candy.

It’s where we are unfortunately, the qb room is super young and inexperienced. shite, the whole roster is like that though. We have bright spots.. just won’t be right now like people want.

Then that's when they let go of the best one because he couldn't run like the others. Lol.
