The truth that many will fail to understand is this is the right decision for him. I’m sure his teammates and coaches are in full support of Jayden, as the fanbase should be as well.

It’s been a joy to watch 5 and thanks for the memories! Wish our defense gave him a chance for more like Burrow had, but JD is forever a Tiger legend regardless.

Cool time to move on. Now we get to see what the future holds.

If he won the heisman and was in playoff contention like Burrow or Young I’m sure he would’ve played. This is more of a Manziel, Griffin or Jackson situation.

I appreciate the way Jayden handled himself since he walked on campus. So proud of the way he developed and lifted the offense. That kid Jayden was fun as hell to watch play.

Best of luck at the next level.

Now...all aboard the Nuss Bus. Time to hop on or get ran over.

Please do everyone a favor and just shut the frick up. That kid carried our team and put his body on the line every week taking shot after shot and getting back up like a warrior and you’re going to shite on him because he wants to get ready for his bright NFL future instead of playing in a bullshite bowl game that means nothing? Your life must really be miserable. I feel sorry for you actually.

I don't think #9 would have opted out in similar circumstances

I dont think you have a fkn clue if you truly believe ANYONE in JDs position would play in the Prestigious JiffyPop-Mayonnaise Bowl.

Theres nothing personally for Daniels to gain by playing in the game & an argument could be made that it benefits LSU more by allowing Nuss to not just start the bowl game but also get all the QB1 reps in the 15 bowl practices as well.

Bowl games are just content for ESPN and have no meaning. You are an idiot.
