That's a pretty quick pace they're moving at.

Getting those muscles trained to run on grass will give at least a small advantage over visiting teams who have turf on their home field.

You know he’s gotta have swagger and confidence too. He’s never shied away from competition

Kelly said they will take advantage of their depth at WR and play 6-7 guys to keep them fresh. Opposing DBs will be gassed.

If this team is in shape they are going to steam roll some defenses.

They won’t be moving anywhere near that speed in a real game

Whoever starts needs to know their leash will be extremely short. BK doesn’t seem like the type to waste time

That’s just fine. If they are tuned to move that fast in practice while executing properly, then they will have absolutely no issue being organized at actual game speed and won’t be the ones tiring out because of the pace.

The lack of tempo was a big problem last season. Our QBs and offense as a whole couldn’t handle running it for extended periods and that limited what they could do combined with the other deficiencies we had.

Hope that is the regular "tempo" pace but it is probably a two minute drill.

Looks like a two minute drill to me. Ball boy running in spotting a new ball each play much quicker than the refs will. Practice at that pace, so when it’s time to execute it in a game it seems slow.
