Jay Johnson appreciation thread

He is pulling every string imaginable to fix this team but nothing is working. Have to put this on the players at some point. He can't play the game for them.

He’s earned my trust. We have played awful lately, but it only takes a couple guys getting hot at the plate and pitching improving. It’s happened before. Sometimes it’s just a simple possum on the field. I hope LK does great things and goes in a saban like run, but at this point, there’s not another coach I feel more confident about figuring things out.

This team will be fine. Baseball is very hard, especially at this level. Even more so on a team with a lot of new pieces. This all really is “just baseball”. The average fan doesn’t see anything other than “well we’ve won it twice how come we aren’t winning every game we’re playing”. They legitimately don’t know baseball. I’ll still go to every single game possible and have an expectation that we can win every single one we play in.
