if you are really interested in knowing the answer to your question, you need to look no further than the Oline play directly in front of him. The receivers were not given time to run their patterns, and Nuss either ate the sack or threw an bad pass. It happens...I watched Peyton Manning under severe pressure in a game throw 5 ints. it happens to the best of them.
If LSU doesn't greatly improve the center of the oline play, we will see the front of the 'pocket' collapse all season again. If our OC doesn't run quick, short slants and hook patterns 5-8 yds max, then either Nuss will be sacked or be forced to throw the ball away. I am very confident that Nuss will show significant improvement just like JD and JB did their final year at LSU. If he doesn't, blame the coaches, because it is their job to see that he does improve.

Why do you continue to show people how ignorant you are?

What issues would you have helped him fix within a week if you were the coach? Also, tell us how.

I regret that I have but one downvote to give…

Oh, Mr. Short-term Memory Man, please refer to 1st year stats of both Mr. Burrow and Mr. Daniels.

Nuss may not replicate what they did their 2nd year, but to say there won’t be significant improvement next year is short-sighted.

Another tidbit is that Van Buren had 7 INTs on the year as a true freshman with likely a less talented support cast around him

Also played Texas A&M, Texas, UGA, Tennessee, and Ole Miss defenses.

Why don't people just cut it out? There ore only a few teams in the country that wouldn't trade their qb for nuss next year and that's a fact.

With the exception that he has started 8 games in the SEC.

Van Buren had an absolutely brutal schedule. Miss State got loaded down with all of the extra hard schools that should have gone to Texas, but you know they had to give Texas the easiest schedule for two years straight entering the SEC. Van Buren actually played well for a freshmen, especially considering the gauntlet of a schedule he played against.

TIL that Nuss refused to fix the problems with our O-line and defense. Also TN Ti-Gay is in on all practices, meetings and film sessions and personally watched Nuss refusing to fix any problems. This guys knows for a fact that the coaching staff was doing everything in there power to fix any issues but Nuss refused. Thank you for your detective work!

ok...my god, this has gone beyond just a 65 IQ. You are one of two things, either a massive troll, or you are seriously not all there. Reading your emotional hating posts about Nuss over and over, I'm going to go with a very overly emotional low iq that isn't all there. Although, you could be Ricky Collins. Either way, you are pathetic and should be banned.
