Certainly, both great game atmospheres, but 82 Florida State and 71 Notre Dame are tied for #1. The best any other game can hope for is #3.

When they played Swag Surfin, that few seconds was one of the best moments ever for me! I was at every home game since 93. I’m not saying it was the best atmosphere ever. The whole stadium dancing and rocking out was amazing! They should have called a timeout to let it keep going.

2009 Arky - Crazy game and rowdy crowd for a cold night w/ 75,000 people in attendance.

2014 Bama - These 2 are as good as TS can possibly get and as sad as it can possibly get all at the same time. 2 special nights with sour endings.

'01 auburn was the best I've been to. There was almost a riot when Duvall tried to fight our band. The whole night was intense. Probably because the 90's were so bad and if they beat AU, they were going to ATL for the 1st time. Oh and AU smoked cigars on our field in '99.

2019 was a great game, and is up there with 2012 & 2014 Ole Miss, 2017 Auburn, 2013 USCe as best home games of the decade. There was a lot build up to the game with Gameday being here and everyone talking about our offense and if it was for real, how it would hold up against the Florida D, and of course getting redemption for last year’s lost.
That was definitely one coolest/most fun moments I’ve been apart of in Death Valley. It happened so organically. People of all ages “swag surfing” in unison. It was like the whole stadium was coming to the realization that were, in fact, for real and that something special was going on here.
