We probably lose to Bama without Jayden’s legs.

Okay. Well this is after you ignored mine.

The OP will never be proven or disproven. You have an axe to grind.

These “what if” scenarios don’t work like you think they do.

False.

Every QB on the roster got to practice with every squad. At some point you don’t continue giving them all the same amount of reps with the first group when 1 starts to separate himself from the others.

You don’t know this.

My guess is Myles realized it, and was tired of being lied to

Again, pure speculation with no evidence to back it up with. Never mind that Myles showed up to camp about 40 pounds overweight

Wasn't he constantly getting injured?

So it would have been worse than a loss with MB as QB?

OK.
so a 1-point loss, due to a blocked PAT, is exactly the same as getting blown out? Good lord, man.

This assumes the offense would have been structured the same.

Or maybe by the time the time the Bama game appears on the schedule our offense is mature and we score 50+ pts on them. They don't have the DBs to cover our WRs.

And not anti-Jayden. He wants to play for LSU. Competes hard. Always gives 100%. And every QB has weak spots. In most weeks 24 pts would have beaten A&M.

More than speculation. There's an article from one of the NOLA guys that asserts as much.

He would have been sitting duck in the pocket.

What I thought as well until I watched him play vs Mizzou. Afterwards, this is just a myth.

You do realize that Myles had a 45 QBR against the only middle of the pack defense he played against? We aren't bowl eligible with him at QB.

Yep = I'm gonna always wonder what might have been.

What we got now just doesn't feel right.

I agree, we would have had at least the season we had and probably have won against FS and Texas A&M

The game where he ran for negative yards and couldn't beat a defender to the pylon so he got snapped in half and it ended his career. Great testament to his mobility.

Celebrate being the SECW champs but after losing to TAMU, this season doesn't feel like much of a success.

Haha...what? Losing to a&m completely sucked, but you're trying to say that winning the SEC West and playing in the SEC Championship Game for just the 7th time since it started in 1992 doesn't feel like much of a success for a team that was picked to finish 5th in the West after being down to only 39 scholarship players following a losing season last year?

I don't think you know what success is or how hard it is to be successful in this league if this season doesn't feel like much of a success to you.

The coaches spent months seeing Brennan in practice with those wide receivers and he was third string.

Considering Brennan would not be adding much of any rushing stats he would have had to have a top 5 passing yardage and touchdowns season in the history of the school.

Considering our school history, that doesn’t mean much. We’ve had 1 person ever throw for more than 30 TDS.
