Lsu isn't supposed to be good in hoops
Watch Wade go to a power 5, succeed, and the narrative will be how he grew as a person and learned his lesson.
They will tout him an okay guy, and LSU will continue to suck in hoops.

Wade was caught on a FBI wiretap bragging about cheating. Under no circumstances would he have been allowed to stay at any school, unless they didn't care about years of probation, and the likelihood of it happening again. Cheaters cheat

Dude, he is taking McNeese to the dance for the 2nd year in a row and he has only coached there for 2 years. The guy can flat out coach. If he had started coaching at LSU in 2023 when NIL was available we would be a for real Basketball team. How can he get better players to goto McNeese than we can get at LSU? WW was created to coach in the NIL day and age.

They had a witch hunt going for Wade. That's why there were so many bullshite articles and Vitale hot after him. He didn't quietly pay his dues. He was too brash. In the end he fricked himself by getting to careless. LSU had to sacrifice him for football. The powers that be in basketball wanted him gone. He will go somewhere besides McNeese and do well because what he was doing and everyone else is now legal.

Florida has won back to back national championships in basketball. They aren’t exactly new blood.
Now Auburn and Alabama definitely are. Tennessee has had success in basketball over the last 10-15 years.

Self, kryzewski, and miller all were targeted, LSU was the only one that had a football program that the NCAA could use as leverage.
