Bump Tulane and James Madison and put in Notre Dame and BYU or Vandy. I'm all fine with a Cinderella story, but neither of those teams will be competitive.

Trust me when I say this I'm not a Notre Dame fan by any means and I do believe the should be in a conference but they lost 2 games to playoff teams by a combined 4 points.Just something to think about.

I don't know how others aren't willing to admit this.
If LSU was in, but going to play in the SEC Championship knocked them out we would be upset. Especially when others didn't have to and got in.

Alabamas losses just don’t matter like everyone else’s. The playoff committee isn’t concerned with anything but cashing in on name recognition and eyeballs for money. Notre Dane just lost the coin toss so Alabama got in.

Look I hate Bama as much as the next guy, but they should absolutely be in.
They beat UGA in their house on the road. It would be different if they had already lost to them.
And you’ll just allow ND and Miami to get a pass because they don’t have to play in a conference championship? You shouldn’t be penalized for having to play an e tra game.
We would be pissed if that was us and the committee left us out. Also going 11-1 in the Big 12 < going 10-2 in the SEC. BYU had the shite kicked out of them twice by the same team. They don’t deserve to be in.

Under the current SEC setup with no divisions, UGA and Bama were in the SEC Championship game because they won the 4 team tie breaker. Unlike UGA, Ole Miss, and A&M, who only had 1 loss, Bama had 2 losses, including a very bad loss to FL State. Bama’s a** whipping in the SEC championship was their third loss and should have eliminated them from the playoffs.

If conference championship games don’t matter, then why did OSU drop from #1? You PLAYED, you LOST (badly in Bama’s case) you should DROP!
