Love what hes doing and I love the work he and the staff are putting in at the moment. You can tell he is all in and hungry for that National Championship for his resume.
With that said he fit in at Ole Piss like a glove 100% so. It was a match made in heaven from the Sorority Girls and his constant Tweets Visor and Khaki shorts etc. He walked on water there and could do no wrong.
Love what hes doing here but he was a way better fit there than here.

LSU's brand and the attitude seems to match Kiffin perfectly.

The quicker you blow Kiffie the quicker you can stop dick riding him.. Keep us posted when he wins something.

I'm not saying he's not but where do you get this from?

UM Lane signed #1 portal class, retained everyone worth a damn on the team, and visiting all the small communities in La.

Brian was grinding and losing on 3 star TEs 4 years ago.

Not the same
4 years ago most everyone was boasting "alignment" and last year BK had the #1 portal class as well.

It's always great in the honeymoon stage. I'm sure you could find similar post 4 years ago when everyone felt LSU and their new HC were in "alignment". Like every LSU HC in every sport everything is great....until that first loss
. Just thinking the same thing.

There is nothing wrong giving a new coach the benefit of the doubt. I hated BK and ND. He was actually a perfect fit there with his arrogance and ability to say the stupidest things.

I didn't know anything about him outside of what the media portrayed. I wasn't excited at all when he was hired. But after reading plenty of glowing things about him here, decided to support him fully. From the first game though it was obvious he wasn't a great game manager.

Is it wrong for fans to go into the season thinking it's gonna be great? I'm sure there are going to be many 4th downs that I can't believe he went for it. But I won't piss on him until he deserves it.

The first four games will make or break him.

4-0 is the expectation.

3-1 - OK, but...

2-2 - The SEC is hard this year....

1-3 - WTF????

0-4- We couldn't beat La Tech in Death Valley?

Lane better sure as frick oversee the initiation of a great RUNNING GAME with Wolford/Cregg coaching up the OL and Smith doing the same with the RB's.

RUN THE FRICKING BALL.

That's all I want to see!

I remember pointing out what bk's record vs top 10 was at ND at the time. He sure showed that was his MO VS top 10 and top 25

I don’t know. The BK positive comments always felt like a bit of copium for losing out on Lincoln Riley. The Kiffin positivity seems much more genuine.

Reality is that the universe came together, at the right time, when they both needed each other perhaps more than ever.
