Jimbo’s starting QB is out with a broken ankle. His backup is hot garbage. After him you have walk Ons. If the current QB plays the rest of the year they lose at least three games. If he gets hurt, things get really bad. LSU probably ends up second in the West and y’all act like we are Florida State

I hope Nix to Twillie is correct. I have absolutely no confidence in O at this point. The players have improved some and the young guy staff has gotten better but O is still O. Coach O must geaux. I’m counting on the AD to get a real HC soon!

No. I was least hopeful in the last couple years of Miles because he wouldnt even attempt to change things and I was worried he would keep winning just enough to not get fired but never be championship worthy. Even if it seems worse now O will at least attempt to change things and if he fails then he will get fired. The fact he's willing to change and go a different route and we have a new AD that would like to get his own guy in there at the first opportunity makes me feel better than I did 2014-16. Either way we will either be back on top with O (not likely) or we will have a new coach soon.
I am a bit worried about whether or not we hire a good coach next. We have been extremely lucky as LSU fans the last 2 decades. I don't think our fanbase could handle an actual bad hire that doesn't have success. I know a lot of people still claim O was a bad hire but in all honestly if a coach wins a national title his 3rd year on the job that's a good hire no matter what happens after. Those people are just compete idiots and still trying to look right about him when he's already proven them wrong by winning an NC when they claimed he would never come close. If we went back to 2016 and mapped out the past 5 years exactly as they've gone I'm pretty sure at least 99% of the board would have taken it immediately.

We have had some teams that are not as good as this one. 2008 and 2020. But we have a really tough slate of games about to hit.

Lol I bet you said the same thing after they beat us in 2018 and look how wrong you were about that. It took the stars aligning and a covid year for them to have one great season at 10-1 with only 2 wins over teams that finished above .500 and now they're back to looking awful. A&M is not, has never been, and never will be a better program than us. We took what many of you claim to be the worst coach of all time and won a title. They couldn't even win a title with Bear Bryant, arguably the best coach of all time. The programs aren't comparable at all. They can't sniff our fricking jockstraps dude.
