Kneeling again on 4th to turn it over on downs without even attempting a FG is straight disrespect and I love it

Uhh yea. By not allowing him to lead a scoring drive. He also didn't challenge what would have been an obvious TD on the play. He got his arse chewed for it.

I’m 99% sure not soon after Ole Miss did the same to us.

Didn't we "just happen" to score the exact same score against them as alabama had previously. For some reason I remember that had something to do with it.

That was another example of Les being a dumbass. NO football player nor coach wants to be patronized. They would all rather you score unless you’re intentionally unleashing bombs all 4th quarter.

I think there was something about us being screwed in the rankings that week and after we had them beat by a greater margin than bama beat them Les was trying to make a point, been a long time

Done in a blow out, yes. But, usually it is done to protect the ball so you don't give your opponent the ball and a chance to steal a win.

It was Les proving a point to Mett about what could be described by some as a "Bush League" Bootleg that Mett audibled to on the previous play.

It was him telling Mett that shite wouldn't fly here. Rod Gilmore didn't grasp that concept calling the game.

I'm sorry, that's stupid. Run the ball however you want and score that damn TD.

Reminds me of the general using up his time outs just to keep USL in the PMAC.
