Is Kiff going old school with the uniforms this year?

It's been a nice change from Brian Kelly constantly acquiescing to the whims of the players instead of honoring tradition.

ETA: And the purple looks so damn clean

I do prefer having one of the 2 purple jersey games being with the White lids and pants, but I agree that a push toward traditional's is refreshing. A fun alternate every 2, 3, 4 years is a good cadence that allows each alt uniform to have its moment without watering down the brand.

All-whites always look like a practice uni to me.

I'd love to see them wear gpg at home against an sec just once and a while. The purple jerseys look really good.

Easily my favorite alternate

My favorite alt jerseys were the ones we wore against Arkansas when Trindon Holiday scored on that punt return touchdown towards the south endzone. Forget the year either 07 or 09. That chrome/gold helmet with the all white unis was sick. We should wear those again.

Which is funny because I would’ve expected him to be more traditional than Kiffin.

I’m not a big fan of the white helmets, but the alts I hate the most are any time they use the wrong shade of purple (that faded looking pale / bluish color).

Only newer alt uni I thought looked cool was that one time they used the chromed purple helmets.

as long as were never subjected to back to back weeks of THE ICEEEE LOOK again

They screw up the stripes

I've gone from hating all whites to really liking them and don't mind them a couple of times a year.
But something should done about the stripes.

Wear any of them, just get rid of the DJ and piped in music. Likely won’t happen, but I’d love to see it done just one game to get fan reactions vs the bullshite that it’s now.
