All I remember from the games that Nuss played last year is Kelly’s face while he yelled “grow the fuq up” at him, after his dumb throws. I think he sees something we’re not seeing. I hope Nuss has improved his accuracy, we will need him this year. We’ll see how it goes.

I disagree. Les Miles was just like this. The totality of BK's football knowledge makes him worthy of his position and title but every coach has their stupid blind spot that everyone can see.

Yep - he could make Miles look like Saban for the next 4- 5 years, tank the program worse than Orgeron and there is nothing that LSU can do about it but pump up the "it takes time" mantra.

Just like last year, Nuss will get plenty of snaps. Hopefully he’s gained a bit more poise and can give the team some confidence.

Y’all are beyond delusional if you think CBK is punting the season. It’s a week 1 loss, it sucks… let’s move on to week 2 and see how the season progresses

I don’t no why rushing ability has anything to with sacks.
Nuss in the limited time I saw him has pocket presence and moves around a little bit better in the pocket. He also is able to see the throw and put the correct touch on it, which is most important. He is a gunslinger from the little I have seen and is going to have picks but being able to keep defense honest and able to open up the run will make this offensive line a bunch of all Americans

I don't doubt Nuss still has his own negatives. Would still prefer to see a more passing type of offense. Or at least a change when we are getting shutout for an entire half. More reps
should be beneficial.

Exactly. Seems like Daniels got sacked a lot for a mobile QB. Possibly from being indecisive.
I feel like Daniels is inconsistent. At least the way our offense uses him. He will have elite games and then some stinkers. Or one elite half and then nothing. Long season though. Maybe he improves.

WHy would he enter the portal now if he thinks Kelly will play a QB because it's "his turn" or because he promised him? From my perspective, it appears that Kelly has promised Nuss that next season is his turn.
