This has been confirmed 3 days ago. Three of the other posters have said Canada will coach bowl game then next day it will be announced that Canada is leaving and Hugh Freeze taking over.

This doesn’t make sense. O supposedly doesn’t like Canada’s offense because he prefers a pro style/USC offense. Why would he bring in Freeze when he does not run that?

First, Matt Canada is our OC until he leaves or is fired so discussing the next OC is pretty much a mute point until one of those happens. I will now speak hypothetically and state that I believe Hugh Freeze would be a fantastic hire as an OC,if and when, Matt Canada is no longer with us. I'm not worried about his reputation, him hiring hookers, or what he did or didn't do at Ole Miss, but I would have concerns about ensuring that his contact with recruits is closely monitored to avoid any recruiting violations that could land us in hot water with the NCAA. Unfortunately, I also believe that if Canada is out as OC, our next OC is already on staff and his name is Ensminger. Coincidentally, Ensminger being hired as OC WILL, WITHOUT A DOUBT, be the beginning of the end for Coach O's days as LSU's head coach!

O may want to run a USC Pro-Style offense. But, Hugh Freeze is available and it's the perfect situation for him to step into.
O's worked with him before, so O knows that he should be able to hold onto Freeze for 2-3 years. He's an ace recruiter and a great offensive mind.

I don’t see what Hugh Freeze did that was bad. He paid some hard working girls to bang him. Prostitution should be legal anyway.

You act as if all the shenanigans that went down at Ole Miss was all orchestrated by Freeze. He was just following the orders of Archie and Sean Touhy.
