Is there another coach with more wins? Is there another coach in a more talent rich state without another school to battle for recruits? Has there been another school to win 3 national championships since 2003 with different coaches? If I answered those questions I would say the chances are yes. The combination of Kelly and LSU could be great. Only time will tell.

I was happy although little bit lukewarm initially, but I’m feeling more and more excited and hopeful as the weeks go by. I love his work on the portal so far. He’s gonna build us like he’s built everywhere he’s been. He’s going to win at a high level. I’m expecting 4-5 playoffs in next 8 years. Hopefully a championship or two.

Kelly had already turned a Rebuild into a Reboot thanks to Louisiana ties with players..... Oh and Polian has already proven to be a BEAST! My lord

I guess we'll soon see. I think he's definitely top 5 in the country.

I think he's a great coach. Was happy at the hire. But omg, there will be a fricking NUCLEAR meltdown the first game he loses. Some people do need to pump the brakes just a tad.

Possible? That's such an odd standard

Sure it's possible but he has to prove it with championships

Right now it has to be Saban and Dabo

Before the first person starts bitching about Dabos record - look at BK at ND

He has a 5-7 year if I'm not mistaken

It’s possible.

It’s not impossible.

It could also be unlikely.

Could be very likely.

50/50 it could go one way or the other.

Possibly the best coach in the country to have never won anything of significance at the D1 level.
