Just too many unknowns. A lot of money to give up and let athletic dept sit on it.

Opting out for this year.

Fairness is not the issue, its whether there is live
football to watch.

I'm in seats that my father still gets for 50 years.

I live in BR.

Your questions are well thought out. But look at the Professional leagues now. Get ready for limited seating
and not the whole home schedule for each season ticket holder.

Most, if not all games will be on TV.

For me, opting out this season, reset for 2021 season.
Keep the tickets for then and allows us to donate
next years costs to TAF and Victory fund.

I will watch every game broadcasted for 2020 and enjoy a
damn strong football team.

That’s part of the unknown. If the vast vast majority opt out, then I may get ALL 4 of my season tickets to ALL games. I may go if there are only 10,000 people in the stadium and I’m 20 rows from anybody. A 5 game home schedule of all conference games is pretty attractive.

I think this is the right answer:

I’m opting out. Then I will buy individual tickets on the open market if I choose to go, once the situation is more clear.

I agree with you. Opt out this year and refund. Not sure about next year yet. I do not like masks and will tolerate it for 15 minutes in a store. Not for a ball game.

The option that sucks the most to me is this. I opt to keep my tickets and let’s say they DO play five home games. But, what if 10 players are in quarantine for the Bama game and one other and three of those are Brennan, Chase and Stingley and five other starters.

There will be some who will not or cannot go regardless of what is ultimately decided

I plan on rolling my tickets over untill next year....
Ms state and ole miss both have new coaches and should both be wins
South Carolina is horrible and I cant understand why they keep will muschamp as coach unless they like losing
Kentucky is a hit and miss team
So you are really only paying for one game BAMA...is it worth spending all that money for one game with all the uncertainty
MY OPINION NO
ALSO IF YOU READ THE LETTER THAT THE AD SENT OUT CLOSELY.....YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR NEXT YEARS TICKETS THIS NOVEMBER

Unless I missed it I don't remember seeing what the deadline for deciding would be?

FWIW I am opting out and putting the money on 2021. As much as I want to go to some games, I can't even imagine in so many ways what a shite show it will to try to attend a game this year.

I agree that’s nice from a “safety” point of view, but it really stinks from a “fan” point of view. The reason I love going to games is getting to watch my team in a a packed stadium where we all get rowdy and yell and high five.

Even the biggest games (Bama) would feel more like Utah State or Rice in the stands.

I guess this makes me realize I pay for season tickets to watch the game with 102k fans who pull for the Tigers with me.

Anyone "opting out" should be banned from getting in Death Valley ever again. This is when the need us and some of you worthless jackoffs are "opting out". You know what - stay out!

I think Im going to roll mine over to 2021. I just cant see any way that I'll have enough info in time to make the decision that convinces me it's worth it. I can always buy tickets to the game(s) I want to go to.

Ive been on vacation all week but so long as I don't "lose" anything, I'll just roll my tradition find and seat payments over to next year and watch most of the games from home. I don't want to lose my seats but as far as I can tell, that isn't going to happen for opting out this year.

But with no tailgating, and uncertainty, I think demand could be light.

This is subject to change. Lots of unknowns.

I am opting in. The real question is will I be allowed in? If not then it will be rolled over to next year.

I have had my season tickets for over 30 years. I sat through the Hallman and Lou Tepper years. I do not need your permission or approval as to what I should do or not. Each ticket holder should decide what is best in their opinion.

I think us all season ticket holders need to ask these exact questions. Put the pressure on them to extend the deadline for us to respond. Very legitimate questions that will determine if we go or not

We can all be assured the Politicians will get their tickets and J. Bel will be posing for photo-ops with the team.

Yes, we need more details for sure. Have aisle seats and waiting to see if we will have a plexiglass safety partition between our seats and the aisle.

Really though, does anyone know how many season ticket seats are sold each year? Wondering if there will be limitations on how many will even be able to attend. Or if that already falls within the listed max numbers recently provided by verge. Otherwise they had better be ready to offer partial refunds.
